Our event 'It takes both sides to build a bridge' was a great success!

On Wednesday 29 November 2017, our event 'It takes both sides to build a bridge' took place. CloudBilling organised this event to engage in a dialogue with its customers regarding the developments and future of CloudBilling. After all, we need our customers to make CloudBilling an even bigger success!

New platform

Besides an interactive session with our customers, there was also news from our side. Namely, CloudBilling has developed a new platform! The new platform is now even better suited for our international roll-out and offers new possibilities in terms of technology, functionality and compliancy. Our Product Owner, Roelof Spijker, gave a presentation about this new platform and also about the future plans on our roadmap.

Q&A

The angle of our event mainly revolved around the dialogue between CloudBilling and its customers. During the Q&A, it became clear to both parties that this is a great way to learn from each other and stay aligned together regarding the developments and future of CloudBilling. The session consisted of finding out needs and wants with pleasant discussions and ideas on key topics.

Both CloudBilling and its customers found the event a great success. As a result, we have decided to hold the event again next year in both spring and autumn. Once again, we would like to thank our customers and look forward to another session. Hopefully we will be able to welcome you (again)!
